What Is Digital Property Management?
Digital Property Management is the ongoing organization, monitoring, protection, connectivity, and service coordination of a residence and its connected systems.
BAV creates an operational source of truth for the property. Floor plans, equipment, system information, service history, network health, access information, warranties, manuals, property notes, open service items, vendor information, and changes made over time can live within one maintained structure.
Estate Care delivers this model in part through the same shared BAV platform used across Residential and Enterprise: Aegis Access for managing access, Insight 360 for understanding the environment, and Watchtower for monitoring health.
